Cultural Diversity in the Workplace Forum

The Cultural Diversity in the Workplace forum is a discussion that highlights the issues and implications of minorities in the workplace.  It is a social norm to accept diversity, but why do we? What is the strategic purpose of diversity initiatives? Are there still challenges that face minorities even with acceptance?  What are the unintended results of cultural diversity? How do firms effectively manage diversity initiatives to reap the positive and, if any, negative results?

Discussion Panel:

  • Carlson School
  • General Mills
  • Ameriprise Financial
  • Ernst & Young
  • Land O’ Lakes

Join BAM and add to this crucial discussion and see if we can understand why Cultural Diversity is worth it.
